Why we’re moving the Valve Academy to a new e-learning platform

Normal At Ventil, we’ve always been dedicated to helping valve operators, maintenance technicians and inspection professionals build their expertise. Our Ventil Valve Academy has grown year after year, with participants from around the world improving their knowledge and safety through our online training.

To keep serving you at the highest level, we are now moving the Ventil Valve Academy to a brand-new e-learning platform.

Our previous courses were delivered through aNewSpring, a robust platform that has supported thousands of professionals in building essential valve knowledge and skills. It provided a solid foundation for our Valve Academy, helping us reach operators, technicians and inspectors across many industries.

With our move to LearnWorlds, we are taking the next step. This platform gives us more flexibility to design interactive content, clearer progress tracking for participants, and a cleaner, more intuitive learning environment. It allows us to keep evolving our courses and better support your learning journey today and into the future..
For many of our participants, the move from our previous platform (aNewSpring) to LearnWorlds won’t feel like a dramatic change. What is different is the way everything works behind the scenes and how it comes together on your screen. Navigation is smoother, progress tracking is clearer and interactive elements run more seamlessly.

It is not an earth-shattering shift, but it is exactly the kind of improvement that helps you learn just a little more easily and efficiently. And in the near future, LearnWorlds will also allow us to offer even more interactive videos, quizzes and many other engaging features.

Our previous system has served thousands of learners well over the years. But technology does not stand still, and neither do we. By upgrading to a new platform, we can give you:

What if I already started my training?

If you enrolled in a Ventil Valve Academy course before August 31, 2025, your training remains active on our previous platform. You can keep learning there exactly as before until your personal expiration date, at the latest August 31, 2026.

This change does not take anything away from you. It only means that all new courses and updates will be on our improved platform. In the meantime, you still have access to the same trusted Ventil content and support on the system you are already using.

And what’s in it for you?
Even if you are still completing your training on our previous platform, this upgrade is also in your interest.

Any future modules, certifications or refreshers you take will be on a more advanced system. It is easier to use and has richer tools to keep your knowledge up to date. We are also gradually aligning all support and documentation with this new platform so everything becomes clearer and more streamlined.
